Heart to Heart

My online work similarly to my in person work is focused on relational development through a somatic, trauma informed, decolonial, anti-oppressive lens. As a space holder and medicine weaver my roles of consultant, guide, facilitator, teacher, peer, student and friend are interwoven throughout all of my containers.

As you enter space with me it's important to understand that my work is always focused on relational development with human and non-human beings, as well as growing our capacity for communicating with the erotic life force energy that flows through our various bodies, ideas, and environments.

Understanding the nuances of medicine work within the context of our modern day lives, is not just a passion of mine but a necessary responsibility to being of service when navigating the complexities of intimate and "professional" relationships as we understand them. Practicing awareness of power dynamics is an inevitable skill that needs cultivation in order for truth and healing to emerge within any relationship we choose to engage in.
